Josrae and his manager Mathew provided excellent customer service. The team is respectful and detailed. Throughout the service Josrae made sure to check any necessary services needed for my car.

There was no waiting I pulled straight in on a Saturday morning. I was greeted with a free bottle of water by Ethan. The staff were super quick to get started and finished. Ethan explained that my coolant was needing to be replaced and showed me the measurements. I have had my car 7 years and many miles. Pricing was reasonable as always. I enjoy the quick turnaround.

Josh P, Emily V, and William T all helped me out today. Did a good job, got me in and out in about 30 mins. Josh was funny and made everything clear and easy, GREAT GUY ( and i understand hes new... KEEP HIM!). And HOW NICE to see a WOMAN UNDER THE HOOD... badass, Emily. Keep up the good work over there. These are good people.

Yes the wait was a little long but it was a rainy Saturday and there were a lot of cars, yet everyone still had a good attitude and continued giving the best service they could bring from what I saw. Despite the stress everyone was probably under that day, I was still offered great service and the gentleman who was helping me out was very kind and great to talk to and made the wait worth while! I believe every other mechanic also has a great story if customers are willing to chat with them if they strike a convo! Overall, it was a good experience because I got more than what I asked for and discovered you guys had a veteran working there, which was also pretty cool.

Came in for an oil change and Landon gave excellent and courteous customer service. I appreciate both gentlemen who serviced my vehicle and checked and double checked verbally and physically that all steps were completed. Showed me how dirty the air filter was, the clean new filter before installing and the proper oil level after filling. Quick, efficient and walked me through resetting the dash display. Thank you!
